Can you make custom ceramic orders?

Yes, I accept custom orders. For all custom order requests, please fill out the enquiry form in the ‘contact’ section on this website, with full details of what you would like. Alternatively, you can send a detailed direct message to @hound.ceramics on Instagram. Please note that there may be restrictions on what I am able to make, regarding size, design etc. For large or extra custom personalised pieces, a deposit amount of 15% of the total estimated price will have to be paid up front.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders (excluding customs) are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders are shipped with Australian Parcel Post with a general delivery expectancy of 2-5 business days. International orders are shipped with International Post Standard with a general delivery expectancy of 6-10 business days. Delivery expectancy’s are subject to public holidays and delays during busy holiday periods.


Can I reserve tickets for a workshop?

Tickets are first come, first serve and cannot be reserved unless full payment has been made.

Can I book a private event?

Yes, Hound Ceramics can hold private workshops at a location chosen by the organiser, as long as it’s in Perth. For all private booking enquiries, please fill out the enquiry form in our ‘contact’ section.

Do you teach wheel pottery workshops?

At the present moment, no.
